Since start-up in November, 1999, Veritas Shannon has grown to over 113 employees.  Initially the focus was on the development of an Order-to-Cash Centre for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), with associated software distribution. More recently customer care and sales support functions have also been added, strengthening the strong customer ethos. The site achieved ISO 9001-2001 In September 2001 - an award which confirmed that strong external focus.

The Shannon facility also hosts a customer solutions centre.
